Name, work email, password. Confirm the email and you are in. Two minutes.

Name your workspace
Company name, timezone and your careers page slug. Load sample data if you want something to look at.

Post a real job
Paste a job description, add five keywords and a knockout question. It is live on your careers page and in the feed.

Invite the team
Add recruiters and hiring managers with the right roles. Users are unlimited, so nobody shares a login.

Message an applicant
Send an email or a simulated text from the first application. Connect Twilio in Settings when you want real SMS.

Pick a plan
When the trial ends, choose Starter, Growth or Enterprise from Settings. Your data stays exactly where it is.

Trial questions.
- How long is the free trial?
- 14 days from the day you create the workspace. If you need a few more days to finish an evaluation, email us and we will extend it.
- Do I need a credit card?
- No. You add payment details only when you pick a plan.
- Which plan does the trial match?
- Growth. You get two-way SMS (simulated until Twilio is connected), templates, bulk messaging, self-scheduling and source analytics.
- Can I use it for real hiring during the trial?
- Yes. Post real jobs, take real applications and hire from them. Everything carries over when you subscribe.
- What is simulated SMS?
- Messages are written to the applicant record and inbox with a Simulated status instead of being sent to a carrier. You see the whole flow, including templates and merge fields, without texting anyone. Connect a Twilio number to send for real.
- What happens to my data if I do not subscribe?
- The workspace becomes read-only so you can export, and is deleted 60 days after the trial ends unless you ask us to keep it.
- Is there a trial for the private label platform?
- Partners use the free Developer Program sandbox instead. It has the same features with sample data.
