Cookie policy.

1.What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Related technologies include local storage and session storage, which work in a similar way. This policy covers cookies and similar technologies used on ats.apexsales.ai and in the Apex ATS application, including hosted careers pages.

2.Cookies we use

• Strictly necessary. Authentication cookies from our sign-in provider (Supabase Auth) keep you signed in to the application and protect against cross-site request forgery. They are set only when you sign in and expire when the session ends or after a fixed period. Without them the application cannot work.
• Security. Cloudflare may set a cookie to distinguish humans from automated traffic and to apply security rules. It contains no personal information.
• Functional. We store small preferences in your browser, such as a dismissed banner or a chosen view, using local storage. These are not sent to our servers.

We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies, and we do not allow third parties to set tracking cookies on our pages. Careers pages hosted for employers use the same minimal set.

3.Consent

Because we use only strictly necessary and functional cookies, we do not show a consent banner. If we introduce analytics or other non-essential cookies, we will update this policy and ask for consent first where the law requires it, with an easy way to say no.

4.Managing cookies

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking authentication cookies will sign you out and prevent sign-in. Clearing site data removes stored preferences.
