Interview self-scheduling links

Set availability and create a candidate booking link. Verify the booking and calendar behavior for your workspace before use.

Steps

1Open Settings, Availability and add the weekdays and hours each interviewer can take interviews, plus the slot length (15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes).
2Open an applicant record and choose Send scheduling link, or insert {{schedule_link}} into any message.
3Pick the interviewer, the interview title and the duration. Verify the booking link's expiry in the workspace; group interview links can use a separate availability window.
4Share the link with an approved test candidate and confirm the available slots shown.
5Complete a controlled booking, verify the interview record and status, then inspect the calendar export.

A self-scheduling link can reduce scheduling back-and-forth when it is enabled and tested for the workspace. Before sending one to applicants, verify the available slots, booking confirmation and interview record.

What the applicant sees

A page branded with your logo and color that shows the job title, the interviewer's name, and a calendar of open slots in the applicant's own timezone. Booked slots disappear for everyone, so two applicants cannot take the same time.

Calendar sync

A booking can be downloaded as an .ics calendar file. This is not automatic two-way calendar synchronization; verify the event and notification behavior in your workspace.
