Create your account and workspace

Pilot workspaces are provisioned with the Apex team. Review employer scope, user access and provider requirements before live recruiting.

Steps

  1. 1Ask the Apex owner to create or confirm the employer workspace and careers-page details.
  2. 2Receive an invitation at your work email and set your own password from the invitation link.
  3. 3Confirm the businesses you are assigned to and the role granted in each workspace.
  4. 4Review the jobs, applications, résumé access and recruiting stages available to your role.
  5. 5Verify provider connections and test data with the workspace owner before live recruiting.
  6. 6Invite additional teammates only after their employer access and role are confirmed.

A workspace is one employer's recruiting records and assigned users. Multi-employer access is provisioned and checked explicitly so each recruiter sees only the businesses they are assigned to.

What a pilot includes

Pilot scope, provider connections, workspace limits, commercial terms and data-retention requirements are confirmed before access is activated. Do not assume a feature is live based only on its presence in the interface.

Sample data

Optional sample data consists of fictional jobs, applicants and message history. It is for exploring screens only; it is not a live applicant record and it does not send messages.
