Invite your team and roles

Invite approved users from Settings, Team. Available roles are Owner, Admin, Recruiter and Hiring manager; access is assigned per employer workspace.

Steps

1Open Settings, Team and choose Invite.
2Enter the person's email, their name and a role.
3Send the invitation after confirming the user's email, employer scope and role. Verify delivery before relying on the invitation link.
4Use the available team controls to request or make access changes, then verify the resulting role and employer scope before relying on them.

Use an individual account for each person. Pilot seat limits and commercial terms are confirmed in writing; never share logins.

What each role can do

Owner and Admin: workspace and team permissions depend on the access controls enabled for your account. Verify the available actions before making changes.
Recruiter and Hiring manager: recruiting permissions depend on the assigned role and workspace. Check which jobs and applicant records are visible before use.
